Ordering: Adding items to your Basket
Products displayed on screen will have a default quantity of one.
Simply click the 'Add to Basket' button to include the item on your
order. Should you require more items, replace the quantity given
the required amount and click 'Add to Basket'. You will then be
to your basket to either amend quantities, remove items or to 'Proceed
When we receive your order we will notify you of the carriage charge
within 24 hours. If you wish to continue with your order following
our carriage notification,
we will request your payment details and process them separately.
Our policy is to despatch goods within 72 hours of receiving your
order, however this can vary depending on stock availability. Estimated
delivery times are given in good faith and are for guidance purposes
Charges will vary according to weight and destination of the
parcel. These will be calculated on receipt of your order and you
be notified within 24 hours.
Shortages and Damages
Goods must be inspected upon delivery and any claims for shortages
and/or damages must be reported to Potters Connection within 24
of receipt. This may be done by e-mail to email@example.com.
Please quote your account reference and the relevant invoice number.
